Who is Kimmie?

A tough question for myself to answer, but I am hoping to find myself through typing and sharing my story. If you're here for it, cool! If not, I won't be offended if you move on. With this space I hope that through sharing, at least one person can be inspired or given hope. I wish for this space to be one of self love and positivity. A creative outlet to share my life journey through experiences, thoughts, dreams, goals, etc.  Not sure where this blogging thing will take me, but thats the fun of a new adventure, right?

But first...PLEASE, excuse my spelling, grammar, and just everything about my writing. It has never been my strong suit...thank you!


I guess I should start of with basics. Hi, for those who don't know me, I am Kimmie short for "Kimberly" (but only the doctor's office calls me by that name) Kimmie is preferred. At the time of writing this I am 27, living in the Mitten State. I am a Taurus, born May 4th. 
Some basic things about me: I occasionally practice yoga and I do other kinds of workouts, as well, to combat the aging process. My fitness journey is a rollercoaster, for another time perhaps?  I like watching anime and sometimes get into a tv show or 2. Walking and hiking the great outdoors is fun. My Border Collie, Roxanne, is my light and I enjoy investing time bonding with her. I am a licensed Cosmetologist and I have been doing nails for 7 years, and skin care for 1 year. I would definitely say I am passionate about learning skin care science and ingredients in my spare time. I am obsessed with BTS a k-pop group from Seoul, South Korea. If you don't know them. Get yourself educated! JK jk..no pressure...they are only the best tho. So you really should given them a listen. Their music has saved my life!!! Any Army's out there??

To keep this short, I think its safe to say I have many different interests. I hope I haven't lost you through my ramblings.
